Clarification of Practice rules.  For the Regional Championships there is no official off limits and there are no restrictions on when and with whom you may practice.  At the conclusion of the pre-tournament meeting (Oct 21) there can be no further outside help, and the water goes off limits until launch the next morning (Oct 22).  At the conclusion of the day one weigh in, the water is again off limts until launch the next morning (Oct 23).  Please check the rules closely for the National Championship because the off limits, practice and outside help rules are much more strict for that event.
